This Privacy Policy explains how SpicerVisions (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with our products and services (the “Offerings”), including digital products, memberships/communities, coaching/services, events, and physical goods.

1) Whop’s role (important)
If you purchase or access Offerings through Whop, Whop collects and processes information to operate its platform (account creation, checkout, access controls, device/usage data, and dispute/refund workflows). Whop may share certain information with us as the seller/creator so we can provide access and support.
Your relationship with Whop is governed by Whop’s privacy policy and related platform policies.
2) Information we collect
We collect only what we reasonably need to provide Offerings and support.
A) Information we receive from Whop
● Purchase and access information (what you bought, subscription/access status, confirmation of purchase)
● Basic account/contact details Whop provides to sellers/creators for fulfillment and support (e.g., username and/or contact details, depending on platform settings)
B) Information you provide directly to us
● Support communications (emails to help@spicervisions.online and our replies)
● If we offer coaching/services: scheduling details and session communications
● If we offer physical goods: shipping details needed to deliver an order (name, address, delivery notes, contact info)
C) Websites/analytics (only if we use them)
Currently, many interactions occur directly on Whop. If we operate separate websites, landing pages, or forms in the future, they may collect basic device/usage data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages viewed) through cookies or analytics tools. If we add or materially change tracking practices, we will update this policy.
3) How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
● Provide access to Offerings and deliver products/services
● Respond to support requests and communicate about purchases and updates
● Operate and improve Offerings (quality, troubleshooting, community operations)
● Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized sharing; enforce our Terms/EULA
● Comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
4) How we share personal information
We may share personal information:
● With Whop (platform operations, access delivery, disputes/refunds)
● With service providers who help us operate (e.g. email, scheduling, shipping/fulfillment tools), only as needed for their services
● For legal/safety reasons if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
We do not sell your personal information.
5) Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary:
● Support emails: typically up to 24 months after the last interaction (unless needed longer for dispute, fraud prevention, or legal reasons)
● Purchase/access records: as needed for operations and to comply with accounting/tax/legal obligations
● Shipping records (if any): as needed to complete delivery, handle issues, and comply with legal obligations
We then delete or de-identify information where reasonable.
6) Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7) Your rights (Canada)
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask for corrections. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis of collection/use, though that may limit our ability to provide certain Offerings or support.

If you have a privacy complaint, you can contact us first. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada regarding privacy concerns.
8) Children / minors
Our Offerings are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Users aged 13–17 should have a parent/guardian’s permission to purchase or participate.

9) International processing
Service providers we use (including Whop) may store or process information outside Canada. If data is processed outside Canada, it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
10) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and post the revised version where it is displayed.
